The cocoa beans are sourced from two main growers: Cacao San Jose (the Franceschi family) in Venezuela, and Bertil Akesson in Madagascar. Both of these are well-known and respected players in cultivating rare varieties of fine cocoa. Their perfected fermentation and drying techniques are an essential first step in the flavor development of our raw materials.
Our factory located in the building of the art quarter budapest in Budafok. Our shop is in the Art District of Budapest, in the city center. The shop is open every workdays from 10.30-18.30 with a half an hour lunch break from 13.00-13.30. On Saturdays we are open from 12.00-18.00.
